HOWTO: Software configuration after default settings have been applied

ETM-120-xxCDRW Default Software Configuration

If the ETM has been reset to default, the following steps will return it to Electronics Line USA default configuration: All cameras on and recording on motion detection (full screen detection area).

Note: Categories marked with an asterisk (*) only apply to 4, 6, and 8 channel units

• SYSTEM

  • Time

    • Change date format to: mm/dd/yyyy, click APPLY

  • Display

    • Buzzer *

      • Video Loss: OFF

      • Motion Detection: OFF

      • Sensor: ON

      • Disk Full: OFF

• CAMERA

  • For each camera

    • Motion Detection

      • ON/OFF: ON

      • Detection Area

        • Set Entire Area (press the ZoomIn(+) button), ESC to exit

• RECORD

  • For each camera

    • Quality

      • High (press the # 4)

    • Resolution (Set this before setting framerate)

      • (360 x 240) OR (352 x 240) *

    • Framerate

      • 7.5 fps (press the # 3)

    • Schedule

      • Weekly Record

        • select each camera

          • MD-All Time (press the # 7 button for each row), ENTER to save and exit

    • PreRecording

      • 1 sec

    • PostRecording

      • 3 sec

• NETWORK

  • TCP/IP

    • METHOD

      • Dynamic IP

Any Networking, PTZ , Audio, or other custom settings will need to be configured again.
