Setup Dynamic DNS service ( ipsddns.com ) for the ETM-120-xxCDRW

Only valid for the following models:
  • ETM-120-04CDRW: firmware v1.21 or higher
  • ETM-120-09CDRW: firmware v1.61 or higher
  • ETM-120-16CDRW: firmware v1.61 or higher

Note: The above models with a lower firmware cannot be upgraded to support this feature.

If the ETM has not updated ipsddns.com, here are some suggestions:
  • Change the PORT used for Dynamic DNS to 9002
  • Change one of the DNS addresses in Network Settings to 4.2.2.1
  • Verify the username and password are entered correctly, and note that they are case sensitive
  • Make sure the ETM has outgoing internet access by plugging a laptop into the same network cable and configuring it with the same IP, subnet, gateway, and DNS information.
