When connecting with Remote Client 63NTSC.exe, the connection times out with the error:
“Polling Timeout. The DVR may be turned off.”

This error is most likely caused because you are connecting to a 411UN that is actually a 411UNA.
This requires a different remote client, Client_Player_2.1.
